Oracle 11g Linux Installation

Oracle installation on Linux requires several pre-requirements and steps to complete.

The installation GUI is identical to other operating systems, but the steps we need to complete before starting the installation is different.

This video will show you how it is done, step by step. We will start in checking the requirement for Oracle installation. Then we continue with the steps to complete before starting the installation. We will finish with some final tasks after the installation is complete.

This video shows Oracle 11gR1 installation on Linux Cent OS 5 (which is similar to RedHat 5), but can be used to understand the general Oracle installation on Linux.
